OUR COMPANY HAS NOT CHARGED ANYTHING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD, but has used it exclusively to book the services you have requested.
Remember that services with the Driver Guide Service need to be payed in CASH at the end of each service.
If you do want to pay with your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) you will be charged an extra 20% on the cost of the tour. (Please note that we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS cards).
We, here at Driver Guide Service, pride ourselves on our precision and do our best to answer any and all requests. If, by chance, you do not find a reply to an inquiry that you have made with our company, we urge you to kindly resend or try and contact our company immediately. Occasionally, it may happen that a request gets lost or goes catalogued as a spam file due to an email filter and since we find it extremely important to respond to all of our customers or our potential customers with courtesy and promptness, we kindly as our customers to try sending their request again. We will do our very best to satisfy every request in the shortest time possible.
COLOSSEUM ENTRANCE LAST MINUTE'S NEWS; PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!
The Italian State in Date March 2016 has decided to reinforce the security at the Colossium.Each client with or without reservation must pass through the metal detector (like at the airport)! Nobody including tour operators as we are, tour companies, bus tours, shore excursions arranged by Cruises and single client are allowed to skip that step. We can only skip the line after we have passed this control and once we are inside as promised we will skip the line because we've already have your tickets. Your driver will assist you to get in, you will not be alone during this and only when you are inside the driver will return to his car waiting for you while you are enjoying the visit! Last minute Booking
Please note that if you have contacted us earlier asking for specific dates but have not confirmed those dates, it does not mean that these specific dates have been reserved for you and therefore may no longer be available. We will do our best to satisfy any need of a last minute request but obviously based on what we have available
Please take into account that to confirm a specific service the day before your departure date may be a bit risky since we do have a limited staff and prefer not to take such risks when it comes to your peace of mind.

IF THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS NOT RECEIVED THAN PLEASE CONCLUDE THAT THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED. WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION.
High Season/Red Season- March / November
During the high or red season as we may call it, we choose not to do variations on the programs that have been previously decided and agreed upon by our clients. We may, however do some specific variations, if requested by our clients, but based on our immediate availability.
During High/Red Season-March/ November
Any reservation that has been requested for the Coliseum, the Vatican Museums, the Roman Forum and or any other museum will be based on the actual number of confirmed participants of the confirmed service by Driver Guides Service. To any variation previously requested by the customer, Driver Guide Service will advise you whether or not the request can be fully satisfied.
Reserved Tickets and VIP Entrance No-line Wait
Even if the Driver Guide Service does guarantee a fast entrance by reserving your entries without waiting in line, the payment of the tickets in order to have access to the Vatican Museums, the Coliseum, the Archeological Areas and whatever other attraction requires a ticket must be paid solely by the customer at the ticket offices of each attraction (no line). The Driver Guide Service does not allow our driver-guides to anticipate the payment for the tickets but they will be there to assist you until the you have acquired complete access of the desired site or attraction.

Our Driver Guide, your tour escort will arrive before the confirmed pick-up time which has been CONFIRMED through the Confirmation Email sent by DGS. We kindly ask our customers to avoid calling the help desk number shortly before the confirmed pick-up since we can assure you that punctuality is one of our number one priorities! So, there really is no need.

Safety of the Luggage and/or of Personal Effects
By specific customer request ONLY, written, confirmed and approved by DRIVERGUIDESERVICE does the company pledge to park the actual vehicle inside the garages located adjacent to the Vatican Museums, the Roman Forum or IN ANY OTHER parking area reserved to GUARANTEE the safety of our customer's luggage.
The relative price for this service is of 30 € (FROM 1 TO 5 HOURS) that will be added on to the price of the pre-established tour.

PLEASE NOTE: DRIVER GUIDE SERVICE REMINDS TRAVELLING CUSTOMERS THAT WALLETS, PASSPORTS AND JEWLERY OF ANY SIZE OR SHAPE CANNOT BE LEFT INSIDE ANY OF OUR VEHICLES DURING THE TOURS, EVEN IF THE VEHICLES HAVE BEEN PARKED INSIDE PRIVATE GARAGES, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT THE ABOVE NAMED ITEMS BE CARRIED UPON YOUR PERSON AND IF, BY CHANCE THIS SUGGESTION IS DECLINED, DRIVER GUIDE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN CASE OF THEFT, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY OF THESE ITEMS.
No verbal/phone agreements are taken in consideration, for a tour to be confirmed you must have a detailed contract that we'll send you only once all is agreed.
A phone call is just a way to get information about us, get to talk to us it doen't mean a tour is confirmed, for the tour to be confirmed, we must send you a contract with all the details of your tour.
Tours start time is the moment you meet your driver or guide.
According to the Italian and international privacy laws, your personal information is extremely confidential and will NOT be given or distributed to any third party.
All our vehicles are covered by an insurance policy taken out with the major insurance companies, and our drivers are all professionals and holders of an authorized license.
In Italy, by Law, drivers are NOT authorized to accompany you while you are actually visiting INSIDE museums or monuments or Churches: they will be waiting outside with the vehicle; however they will give you information on the places where you'll stop and so about the sights you'll see on your way to the main attractions, all of this with the Driver Guide Service staff typical Italian courtesy and "savoir faire".
For "in depth tours", with more detailed information over history and art of our country, Driver Guide Service offers a team of carefully selected expert local LICENSED TOUR GUIDES. In this case you'd have your Tour Guide walking with you INSIDE each attraction you'll visit during the tour.
ENTRANCE FEES, MEALS AND DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS SPECIFIED ON THE CONTRACT.
