Our DeluxGolfCars are electric vehicles subject to wear and tear, continuously put under stress by the streets of Rome which may contain small holes and cracks and of course, the historic characteristic of cobblestones.
If there is a problem with the transport and we were unable to continue with our tour, RomeGolfCarTour guarantees the following 2 alternatives:
1 Recovery of the tour that same day or the following day, with a replacement vehicle similar to or equal to the requested vehicle or using a Mercedes Class V 220 (full-optional) if other transports are not avai
2 In the case where no means of transport are (Golf Car nor Mercedes Benz Class V ) The client will not incur any cost and will accept the two options mentioned above.The client will not leave any negative feedback for he/she has accepted and signed the following contact.
At the time of the reservation, we will confirm the availability of the DeluxGolfCar.
In the case in which the vehicle is undergoing maintenance or is not in proper working condition, we guarantee that the tour will be conducted with a replacement vehicle similar to or equal to the requested vehicle or using a Mercedes Class V 220.In the case both options were not available, the client will not incur any cost , the guides and tickets booked in advance will be our responsibilty entirely. Accepting the two options mentioned above, the client by accepting and signing the contract agrees that he or she will not leave any negative feedback .
We, here at Driver Guide Service, pride ourselves on our precision and do our best to answer any and all requests. If, by chance, you do not find a reply to an inquiry that you have made with our company, we urge you to kindly resend or try and contact our company immediately. Occasionally, it may happen that a request gets lost or goes catalogued as a spam file due to an email filter and since we find it extremely important to respond to all of our customers or our potential customers with courtesy and promptness, we kindly as our customers to try sending their request again. We will do our very best to satisfy every request in the shortest time possible.
Last minute Booking
Please note that if you have contacted us earlier asking for specific dates but have not confirmed those dates, it does not mean that these specific dates have been reserved for you and therefore may no longer be available. We will do our best to satisfy any need of a last minute request but obviously based on what we have available. Please take into account that to confirm a specific service the day before your departure date may be a bit risky since we do have a limited staff and prefer not to take such risks when it comes to your peace of mind.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESERVATIONS FOR NEXT- DAY SERVICES, AFTER NOON (12:00PM) ITALIAN TIME.

NOTE: OUR SERVICE IS SOLELY CONFIRMED WHEN THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING SERVICES ALONG WITH THE DETAILS OF THE TOUR DATE AND TIME. IF THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS NOT RECEIVED THAN PLEASE CONCLUDE THAT THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED. WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION.
High Season/Red Season- March / November
During the high or red season as we may call it, we choose not to do variations on the programs that have been previously decided and agreed upon by our clients. We may, however do some specific variations, if requested by our clients, but based on our immediate availability.
During High/Red Season-March/ November
Any reservation that has been requested for the Coliseum, the Vatican Museums, the Roman Forum and or any other museum will be based on the actual number of confirmed participants of the confirmed service by Driver Guides Service. To any variation previously requested by the customer, Driver Guide Service will advise you whether or not the request can be fully satisfied.
Reserved Tickets and VIP Entrance No-line Wait
Even if the Driver Guide Service does guarantee a fast entrance by reserving your entries without waiting in line, the payment of the tickets in order to have access to the Vatican Museums, the Coliseum, the Archeological Areas and whatever other attraction requires a ticket must be paid solely by the customer at the ticket offices of each attraction. The Driver Guide Service does not allow our driver-guides to anticipate the payment for the tickets but they will be there to assist you until the you have acquired complete access of the desired site or attraction.
